There are no formal entry requirements for attendance on the Internal Verifier Training Programme. However, learners should understand the assessment process including relevant steps and terminology.

Learners will be assessed against the outcomes specified in accordance with the assessment guidance detailed in each unit.


What is the validity of this Product?


There is no formal expiry date.


What is a ‘Blended Course’


The OPITO Internal Verifier (Initial Training) (Blended Learning) course is designed to provide learners the opportunity to undertake the OPITO Internal Verifier (Initial Training Standard) (9032) course without the need to travel / attend a physical class or physical course delivery.  The course can be completed at a time / place that is suitable to you.


The theory element of the course is delivered using e-learning (Course Slides / Videos), and there is also regular short assessment throughout, in line with the classroom based training delivery.


The practical elements of the course will be completed following completion of the e-learning component, by attending ‘online workshop’ – these workshops will be conducted on a scheduled basis.

What does this Product cover?

 

This Product covers the initial training to enable trainee internal verifiers, now referred to as learners, to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills which underpin the tasks to be performed as an Internal Verifier.

To achieve the OPITO Internal Verifier Initial Training Standard the learner will need to complete the 2 mandatory units.
