What is a ‘Blended Course’


The SQA Assess Workplace Competence Using Direct and Indirect Methods - L&D9Di (Blended Learning) qualification is designed to provide learners the opportunity to undertake the course without the need to travel / attend a physical class or physical course delivery.  The course can be completed at a time / place that is suitable to you.


The theory element of the course is delivered using e-learning (Course Slides / Videos), and there is also regular short assessment throughout, in line with the classroom based training delivery.


The practical elements of the course will be completed following completion of the e-learning component, by attending ‘online workshop’ – these workshops will be conducted on a scheduled basis.

This Qualification is for individuals within an organisation who are designated to be Assessors.

What does this Qualification cover?

 

This Qualification covers the initial training to enable trainee assessors, now referred to as learners, to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills which underpin the tasks to be performed as an Assessor.


How can you successfully achieve this Qualification ?

 

To achieve the SQA Assess Workplace Competence Using Direct and Indirect Methods qualification, the learner will need to complete all mandatory units and workplace evidence.
